The ecosystem of the three northern provinces
As the association for impact-driven businesses, Impact Noord is a key node in the ecosystem for impact-driven entrepreneurship in the north of the Netherlands (provinces of Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe). Impact Noord aims to connect impact-driven enterprises to each other and to the regional impact ecosystem, which also includes local governments, universities, banks, financial institutions, business support and other important stakeholders in the social economy. The goal of Impact Noord is to improve the conditions for the growth of impact-driven entrepreneurship, and to strengthen the transition towards a more social and sustainable economy.
